I am a Zin member trying to set up a new business. It took 5 weeks for me to receive a sales order of trainers for myself, which in the meantime I had to go and buy some as they took so long to get to me,and when I returned them within the 10 days they only credited me for future spending.
It had already cost me approx $35 in postage. There is no way I want to order anything else as it costs too much and it doesnt arrive when they say it should. The customer service has been diabolical.
I certainly wouldnt call it a service!! They don't reply to emails.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $135.
