I broke my back and need to stop being a zumba instructor. My credit card expired, so I stopped paying my 30$ fee and they stopped sending me music.
But now, they say that the only way to cancel is to pay some amount (and they won't tell me how much until I give them a new credit card number) to cover the months that they didn't send me any zumba material.
I am not going to pay for months in which I received no benefit. I also find their practice of calling me every 15 minutes to get me to give a credit card number without telling me an amount beforehand to be completely irregular.
