Hello, Id like to cancel my zin membership asap. I am so disappointed about the process, the phone listed on the website for Switzerland is not a real number! It feels like a scheme, not to have a cancel button on a form its unthinkable for a brand like Zumba. Unbelievable Id like it solved before I take it to social media. User's recommendation: Be careful, once you subscribe to classes there’s a zin membership fee that’s 49$ per month and impossible to cancel. The phone numbers provided are not valid and it’s impossible to have this cancelled. For a brand like Zumba it’s unbelievable how they just charge you without a cancel option. So disappointed .
